We are pleased to introduce CompCruncher, a new class of software called Computer-Aided Appraisal Software. Three years in the making, it puts appraisers in control of the valuation process, giving them the ability to produce supportable, transparent, accurate valuations in record time. We also are introducing a new data rich Collateral Valuation Report (CVR™), and a rigorous education and training curriculum to ensure competency in the use of the analytics and software.

This analytical capability of CompCruncher is unprecedented and so today we are also introducing a new concept: You only pay when you use the software to provide CVRs to your clients. Here is how it works:
Pay for your CompCruncher training- you will go through two full days of training and be eligible to be certified at the end of the second day. All this for $699. Before you can attend the first day of training, you must successfully complete the training prerequisites – which is our way of ensuring that you will be able to go through the training program without any issues.
We do not charge for software, we believe that you should only pay for it when you use it, so no annual membership fee and no subscription required.
Once you are certified, you can start providing CVR reports to your clients – it’s $25 per report transaction fee (or $30 if you use the Veros Forecasting service), no connection fees, no hidden costs. Thereafter the fee is simply the service transaction fee to cover the cost of data (we supply all the data) and our services.
