Showcase your experience with your free listing in the world's most advanced appraiser directory. While other appraiser directories search for appraisers by only county or zip codes, AppraisalWorld's patent-pending method uses a proprietary algorithm, which incorporates many factors, including appraisal date and locations of completed appraisal assignments. The result is that appraisers are given higher listing rankings based on actual work experience and the neighborhood in which they have expertise.
Appraiser Ranking by Geographic Experience
AppraisalWorld can enhance your vendor selection process by adding a Geographic Experience Activity Ranking (GEAR™) that is relative to the subject property to be appraised. This is a patent-pending process that is not meant to replace the selection process, but to augment it. Appraisers within your fee panel will be ranked relative to the subject property. In addition, the top five appraisers not in your fee panel, but with a higher GEAR Score, will be provided in the event that you wish to use an appraiser with more geographic appraisal experience in that neighborhood.
The GEAR Score is based on the location and frequency of an appraiser's work history (up to 1500 previous appraisals), years of experience appraising and proximity to the subject property.
Appraiser Credential Management
Store, Evaluate and Review Credential
AppraisalWorld can store appraisers’ credentials online (appraisal license(s), E&O certificate; sample reports, specialties, etc.) in a structured format for fast, efficient evaluation of the appraiser. With the click of a link, you’ll have access to review their credentials.
Ongoing Credential Management
AppraisalWorld has developed technology to monitor the ACS.gov database on a daily basis, allowing you to be alerted of any changes to the appraiser’s record. Our administrative webpage can be used to add, delete, find, or edit the fee panel list and inquire if panel members’ license or E&O insurance will soon be expiring.
Appraiser Identity Authentication
AppraisalWorld can also authenticate the identity of the appraiser, ensuring that you are dealing with the person they claim to be. During the identity authentication process, the appraiser’s identity is verified through a third-party via “out of pocket” questions. Their appraisal license(s) are also verfied against the ASC.gov database.
Appraiser Work Uploader
Use Appraisal Atlas to allow your appraisers to upload their work history and to generate the experience value which will make your Appraiser Directory so valuable. Your appraisers can update and manage their appraisal work history and you can even view a report with just the click of a mouse.
