CompCruncher, is a game-changing, new class of appraisal software called Computer-Aided Appraisal Software. The Collateral Valuation Report (CVR) is the appraisal report produced CompCruncher™. The CVR is a unique USPAP compliant summary appraisal report that is aimed at producing transparency of the appraisal process and adding statistical support for the opinion of value. Because it is produced with software built specifically to make the appraisal process more efficient (not just fill out a form faster) the CVR can be produced in record time.

There are three version of the CVR:

1. CVR Desktop
2. CVR with Exterior Drive-by Inspection
3. CVR with Exterior and Interior Inspection
