Appraisal Express will help you manage your orders and know, at a glance, the status of an order. Assign the order to an employee or subcontractor; and since it’s on-line, they can pick up the orders while out in the field. Your orders can also be sorted by status so you can quickly see what needs attention. You can also view order status instantly with the Appraisal Express “At a Glance” status screen feature.
Order Messenger™
Appraisal Express’ Order Messenger lets you send and receive messages about a particular order. These can be done “publicly” where your client can see them or “privately” for office eyes only. And it keeps track of all correspondence about the order, including time and date. This is an invaluable due diligence tool.
Accounting
Appraisal Express has an integrated accounting system that allows you to keep track of receivables and payables (multi-user version only). It allows you to easily see which orders have been paid for or not and who on your staff needs to be paid. You can even assign fee splits for each staff member which will automatically be calculated based on appraisal fees.

The Appraisal Express order management system is available for the “one-man” shop or the multi-user firm. The single user version has all the powerful features of the multi-user version and will give you the presence of a large firm.
Appraisal Express’ multi-user version gives you the capability of managing orders and appraisers alike. You will be able to assign incoming orders to either staff or fee appraisers and also monitor the status of those orders during the appraisal process. Appraisal Express enables appraisers to manage their orders from start to finish.
Seamless Workflow: Website-to-Order Manager-to-ClickFORMS and Back
Appraisal Express seamlessly integrates with your Appraisal Website. So when clients place orders on your site, that order flows directly into Appraisal Express. You can accept or decline it and if accepted, you can assign to one of your employees and the order can be downloaded directly into ClickFORMS for expedited processing. There is literally no re-typing during in this workflow. Status messages from the ClickFORMS desktop are sent automatically to Appraisal Express so you and your client can get updated. Once the report is completed it’s uploaded with a click and made ready for your final review before transmission to the client. |
