This is another industry first for Bradford Technologies in a long list of innovative efforts to make their appraisers the most productive in the industry.

Instant Customer Service gives appraisers a quick and very efficient way to get their questions answered in real-time. Many of the support questions Bradford Technologies receives via phone or e-mail can be handled live, giving customers instant answers. Customers will no longer have to leave a voicemail message and wait on a return phone call or send an e-mail and then wait for an e-mail response. They can get their questions answered easily and quickly and continue focusing on completing their work.

Instant Customer Service is available in the new release of ClickFORMS® version 5.4., available for download October 31, 2007, or through the built-in auto updater service. Instant Customer Service is web-based, private, secure against hacking and requires no special downloads. No other appraisal software provider offers this valuable service.
